Starter System includes: Telescopic Mop Handle: Adjustable, durable and crucial to helping you clean those hard-to-reach areas. The handle adjusts to fit your height so you can comfortably clean and reach ceilings, walls, high windows as well as floors. Large Mop Base: Snaps into the Telescopic Mop Handle and features an easy locking mechanism to hold it in place while cleaning. Velcro® strips on one side secure Mop Pads to the base, and the rubber edging protects your walls and furniture. Large Dry Superior Mop Pad: The statically charged dry microfiber Mop Pad picks up the smallest particles of dirt, dust, crumbs and more. Large Wet Mop Pad: Heavy-duty and ideal for floors and walls. The Wet Mop Pad is made from 70% recycled content and the Dry Mop Pad is made from 82% recycled content. Wet Mop Pad features BacLock®* antimicrobial agent which protects the pad by winning the fight against odor-causing bacteria in the pad, helping it to stay fresher longer. Mop Pads are certified by STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® and tested against a list of 350+ harmful substances. *BacLock is an antimicrobial agent solely intended to protect and self-clean the Wet Mop Pad by inhibiting growth of odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew. USE & CARE Use with Norwex Mop Base and Telescopic Mop Handle. First, use the Dry Mop Pad to pick up any loose particles. Moisten the Wet Mop Pad with water prior to attaching it to the Mop Base. Wring out excess water so the pad feels damp with no dripping. Press the base onto the dampened Mop Pad, securing it firmly. While wet, mop laminate and hardwood floors – always mop in the direction of the grain, using minimal moisture. If necessary, use a Forever Bottle with Sprayer or Spray Mop Attachment to add moisture to the Wet Mop Pad. Do not spray water directly onto the floor. After using, remove pad from base, rinse and hang to dry. Used dry, statically charged microfiber holds tightly to dust and dirt. When using on easily scratched surfaces such as brushed stainless steel, first test Norwex Microfiber on an inconspicuous spot. Not for use on anti-glare surfaces. When using the Rubber Brush, use short strokes, brush fabric or Mop Pad in the direction of the grain of the material. Continue to brush from one end to the other, moving all dust and hair toward the edge of the material or Mop Pad. For Mop Pads, brush material against the grain to lift fibers and re-brush if necessary. Brush can be washed under running water after use. Microfiber Care Wash dirty Mop Pads with a Norwex laundry detergent and avoid bleach, fabric softeners and dryer sheets. Slightly dirty Dry Superior Mop Pads may be cleaned using the Rubber Brush. Slightly dirty Wet Mop Pads can be washed with Norwex Dish Soap under warm running water and used again before laundering. Mop Pads that have been used heavily should be laundered using a Norwex laundry detergent, which contains no fillers. For tough stains, pre-treat with Laundry Stain Remover or use Microfiber Cleaner Laundry Booster. Rinse thoroughly after washing and air or machine dry.
