A: No, it’s not a limescale remover like Descaler; this is for stains and general cleaning of hard surfaces. If you’re trying to remove limescale, we recommend using Descaler. Q: Does it have to be rinsed, even if it’s on the floor? A: The formula should be sprayed and wiped away; you don’t need to rinse after wiping. Q: When/where should I use this product? Can it be used on natural stone? A: This product is ideal to use on tough stains and when cleaning high-traffic and high-touch areas like floors, light switches and countertops. It’s safe for wood, tile, vinyl, stainless steel, marble, granite, copper, glass and unsealed grout. For all other surfaces (like quartz) and special coatings and finishes, test in an inconspicuous spot before use.
